House "Niko" - ZF Hvar

All apartments were really well laid out, can tell they had been recently built and renovated. Was perfect for our large group of 3 families and plenty of space with 2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen and really lovely bathrooms.

The apartments are up a steep hill which is not a good location for popping back home at lunchtime. Not a lot you can do about that I know. It’s got amazing views of the bay though and is still an a amazing set up.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Hvar. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed—everything feels new and fresh. The apartment has a modern touch and offers plenty of space to relax, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What really impressed me was the price. Considering how beautiful and well-equipped the apartment is, it’s incredibly affordable compared to other places in Hvar. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and budget-friendly place to stay!

The interior of the apartment was actually fantastic- spotlessly clean, appealing modern design, thoughtfully equipped, spacious, great air conditioning in the searing heat- really lovely.

It was right next to a dump site and building site so the outlook was not very appealing nor was the noise of drilling so it was difficult to enjoy the otherwise rather fabulous terrace. It was clearly a new property in an area that’s being developed. The walk back from Hvar old town was steep and strenuous so not ideal for anybody with mobility issues or who simply isn’t fit. This however is true of most properties that line the hills outside the old town. It’s obviously a new property and I think we were given new towels which were dark and they shed fluff all over you after your shower - something easily rectified.
