No elevator,,,,stayed on 3rd floor.

The staff and owner were very good and very willing to help. The attic rooms were very hot but it was addressed quickly with ventilation and fans.
I think if a staff member had popped up prior to our arrival and recognised the heat issue, it could have been resolved before we had to complain. But as said it was resolved eventually

Location was great and the property was clean
We had the attic room which was extremely hot and not great for members of our party with the steep stairs
