Very poor

The appartment was not so clean. There was no parking place although it was written that it is. There was place on the narrow street so it was not save for the car. Owners want us to be just on exact hour not between some time, but they were late half an hour. They wrote to us before coming the message that they want payment by cash or pay pal or bank transfer, so we paid by cash, but after they wanted to charge the second payment from booking. Luckily that card was blocked, but what was strange for us they cancelled our reservation from booking Athough we lived there! It was I think unfair practice from owners that's why we are writing this opinion so everybody will not be supriced as we were.

Lovely stylish 18th century house in a tuscan village, with a small garden, 15 min from Pisa and Lucca. Inside all you may need for comfortable stay, detailed instructions in English. Smooth check-in. Thanks for the stay, we enjoyed it s lot!

La casetta in pietra è un alloggio semplice e rustico, in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Lucca. La logistica è gestita bene: ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito in paese, e i servizi essenziali sono vicini. Per chi viaggia con un animale domestico, come noi col nostro cane, la sistemazione è funzionale. Nel complesso, una soluzione pratica per chi cerca una base strategica

Piacevolissima esperienza

Dimora storica molto accogliente e ricca di fascino. Spazi ben organizzati, con camere e bagno confortevoli. Ideale per gruppi, soprattutto d’estate grazie al bellissimo spazio esterno con tavolo e barbecue, perfetto per mangiare insieme e rilassarsi. Ottima esperienza!

Le istruzioni fornite erano chiare e precise, rendendo l'arrivo autonomo e senza intoppi, il che è sempre un grande punto a favore. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e abbiamo apprezzato la suddivisione degli ambienti. Un dettaglio che abbiamo amato è stato poter utilizzare il camino: accenderlo per le nostre cene ha creato un'atmosfera calda e autentica, perfetta per concludere le giornate di visita. Infine, un plauso al proprietario. È una persona davvero simpatica e cordiale. La sua accoglienza ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, ed è stato un piacere interagire con lui. Consigliatissima a chi cerca una base comoda per scoprire la toscana.

Ottimo soggiorno

Federico è stato gentilissimo e molto amichevole, disponibile anche per fare una chiacchierata. Siamo andati anche insieme verso il centro del paese dove mi ha indicato il supermercato. Casa tranquilla, pulita e in bagno c'è un bellissimo marmo. Se passerò da Pisa sicuramente ci tornerò!
