A very comfortable bed and decor was lovely. Loved the cookies on the tray ! Friendly, helpful staff.
I would have liked sachets if decaff coffee in the room as I'm not able to drink caffiene.

Once again, our stay ar The Rising Sun did not disappoint. From the moment we walk through the door, we relax and are in holiday mode. The staff are so chilled and welcoming, especially Harriet, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The room was comfortable.
We booked 2nights B&B but on the first night we were told breakfast would only be served from 9am and not the confirmed 8am due to staffing issues. The woman was not helpful. We didn't get breakfast because it didn't suit us and when we asked about an evening meal we were directed to the Indian takeaway. Any way on the second morning when 9am did suit us there was a different staff member, breakfast had been served since 8am. Anyway we explained the situation to her and she said she would report it but we didn't get a refund. The place is nice, the food was good but people need to check the details and get them confirmed.
