Fully Renovated Duplex Apartment on Garden City, Costa Adeje - Ocean Views

Our Stunning, Fully Renovated Front Line Duplex Apartment is located on the fantastic and ever popular complex of Garden City (Club Olympus) in San Eugenio Bajo in Costa Adeje.

It is in an incredible central location with the added benefit of being a short five minute walk to the nearest Beach. In terms of location on Garden City, it is in one of the most desirable spots at the very top of the complex where is is quiet and has fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean from both terraces. The apartment has been fully renovated (November 2023) to the highest standard and includes Air Conditioning, a Brand New Kitchen with high end Bosch Appliances, Granite Worktops, 2 x Brand New Bathrooms (one with a shower) and 2 x Fantastic Terraces that get sun for most of the day.

Both terraces have been fitted with high quality artificial grass and both are fitted with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the sun at all times.

Make no mistake, this apartment you are viewing is in a prime location on the Garden City Complex. It is very modern and is in excellent condition with everything your family needs for a fantastic holiday. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people but is also extremely popular with couples who prefer a bit more space.

As a family we have been staying at Garden City for a number of years. We we were always disappointed when booking apartments through other owners so we made the decision buy our own fantastic duplex which we are all excited to share with you.

The booking price includes cleaning and replacement linen prior to arrival and also once during your stay (normally midweek). Cleaning and linen changes are of course more frequent for stays of longer than 7 days.

Our apartment is one of very few properties within Garden City to be split across two floors (duplex apartment) which includes two fantastic balconies which both benefit from incredible views of both the complex and the Atlantic Ocean at all times.

Following the full renovation in November 2023, apartment 5014 is in excellent cosmetic condition and with the help of brand new air conditioning units being situated on both floors (one unit in the living area and one in the upstairs bedroom), stays cool throughout the year.

We use the apartment as a family holiday home for a number of weeks throughout the year and the remaining weeks we offer the benefit of this wonderful apartment to others who love Tenerife as much as we do.

Garden City at Club Olympus boasts the most amazing location which places you within easy reach of everything you could possibly want and our apartment is a fraction of the cost of local hotels in Costa Adeje.

Visit us and you will immediately fall in love with the Garden City Pool bar, its wonderful staff and its traditional English Food. If you have stayed in Garden City before you will understand why so many people who visit return time and time again but if this is the first time you are considering it, like myself you will quickly fall in love with its amazing atmosphere and the fantastic poolside bar which has recently been taken over by some fantastic new owners who value customer service along with the need for good quality mid-week entertainment.

The complex of Garden City is extremely child friendly and has 2 swimming pools, one being heated all year around and very child friendly with a full time lifeguard on duty until 8:00pm every night. There are also a number of high quality restaurants located within a few metres of the complex which are extremely popular with Garden City Guests.

Just a quick note. As Garden City is a family orientated complex and strictly we do not allow groups of men / women to stay who may be on Stag / Hen holidays.

We do however allow and encourage longer lets of up to 3 months for retired couples who enjoy a longer break so please do not be afraid to enquire if you will be remaining in Tenerife for longer periods of time.

Common Questions I get asked :-

Does the apartment have a washing machine? Yes, there is a brand new Bosch washing machine that has recently been fitted within the ground floor kitchen. It is free for guests to use but please look after it like you would your own appliances.

Does the apartment have air conditioning? Yes, Air conditioning is fitted on both floors of the duplex apartment. To activate it, you will need to put in €1 which should give you adequate time to fully cool the living area or bedroom. The reason for the charge is that people would otherwise leave it on all the time which costs money and increases rental costs for other guests in the future. You should only need it during the hottest months though from experience.

Is the apartment suitable for people with disabilities? As this is a duplex apartment, I would give thought to the staircase that leads to the main bedroom and shower room. Although there is a downstairs pull out double bed, there is no shower downstairs.

Does the apartment get much sun? Good question and the answer is yes. Both terraces can get hot during the afternoon (which I have found out myself on many occasions. It gets too hot for me but I get a lot of good feedback from people who enjoy the sun. its probably one of the last spots on the complex for that. The apartment does however have awnings on both floors for those who like to sit outside but without getting too much sun.

Is Cleaning & Linen Included? Yes, fresh linen and towels are both included on arrival. Garden City ultimately manage the cleaning and replacement of these during your stay. If at all you need new towels or are unhappy with how the apartment is being cleaned, please go to reception and advise them. They are very friendly and helpful to our guests.

Why are some apartments cheaper than yours? Ultimately, we have spent a lot of money on the renovation of our Duplex to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Also, when you take into account the location of the apartment and the fact that cleaning and linen is included (which is charged to us by Garden City weekly) it offers good value for money when compared to hotels and other apartments.

Is the local food good? Yes, Costa Adeje has some of the best restaurants you can experience in Tenerife. Just around the corner from the apartment I would recommend visiting Rossini's and Marfil who both offer fantastic meat and fish dishes.

Is there plenty to do in Costa Adeje? Yes. It really depends on what type of holiday you are after but there is plenty to do every day. You can simply just drink, eat and relax or you can play golf, go out to sea on an excursion, enjoy water sports or even visit Siam Park if you are into waterparks. If you have children, I would also recommend the Monkey Park and Aqua Land.

What should I do if there is a problem? If something breaks or goes wrong during your stay, please visit reception who can send up maintenance to assist you.
