This pretty 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view is situated in the heart of San Eugenio in the complex VIñA DEL MAR, just in front of the casino and 2 minutes from the sea.
The apartment may be used by up to 4 persons as it is equipped with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
The TV with international channels is part of the equipment as well as the kitchen with cooker, microwave oven and fridge. The safe in the built in wardrobe in the bedroom for your cash, credit cards and passports during your stay.
free WIFI and a community pool with sun beds is available as well.
In front of the building there is a huge supermarket and bars and restaurants are a few steps away.
If you like to visit the island by bus, the main bus station with busses to all interesting places of the island is round the corner in 5 minutes distance, and taxis stop 24H a day almost in front of the complex.

The apartment was perfect! Great position for the sea the harbour the shops and the bus depot
The only minor problem was the ironing board was very broken
Would definitely stay there again

Well located for access to all areas however very close to the main road and traffic could be heard loudly at all times of day and night
