- das Haus ein bisschen alt aber sauber,
- die Wohnung renoviert und auch sauber
- Swimming-Poll schön und sauber gehalten,
- Internet-Empfang gut,
- Nahe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,

- nächtliche Ruhe wurde fast jeden Tag um ca. 4 Uhr morgens durch Müllabfuhr zerstört, da sich in der Nähe des Hauses eine Sammelstellen für Müll befindet
- keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht funktionierender Offen, kaputte Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon
- einen Kakerlaken haben wir im Bad getötet.
