Apartamento en Viña del Mar

El alojamiento es amplio, las camas ambas muy cómodas, el cuarto baño grande, buena terraza, parking, bastante bien equipado, nos encantó

The location and ease of access. The apartment was well kept and clean, the kitchen fully stocked with cooking tools and appliances needed for cooking. The host left some toys, a highchair and a baby cot which was very appreciated. Recommended.

Spacious apartment, clean and very well kept surroundings.

Check in wasn’t available at 14:00. We had to look out for key and try to get into building and look for cleaner to see does she has the key, which was difficult as we didn’t have a key to get into building . Manager was rude and not polite, did not pick up the phone and only communicated trough what’s up with delays in response . I have asked for early check in - wasn’t accommodated and even the specified check in time 14:00 wasn’t an option. They clearly were not ready for us and getting in wasn’t organised. No apology from manager just blaming us that we arrived too early and that previous guests did not leave the key in safe box.

La piscine et la proximité de la mer

La proximité de l'autoroute qui rend les nuits très difficiles et les réveils ont l'odeur des gaz d'échappement. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, dommage par 35 deg.
