Viña del Mar

The host was very responsive to any questions you have on booking the apartment, on your arrival and whilst there. It’s a lovely apartment with a good sized balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area is well kept and no trouble in getting a sunbed which were plentiful as was the umbrellas. There are also toilets at the pool. You are staying in a fantastic area with everything just a 5min walk… shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. we had a lovely relaxing stay here ( we have stayed at vina del mar before) no noise, no issues, and would certainly stay again, even with the minor negatives I have noted.

Whilst the apartment was clean there are a few things that need to be addressed. As stated in other reviews, the balcony door does not lock, not a problem for us, but if I had children with me I would have not been happy. The bed was super comfy, but no mattress protector, and the pillows desperately need to be changed, they smelt of greasy hair, which they would, they need pillow protectors which could be changed. Only one mug in the apartment for your morning coffee. But I must add, these were minor things( apart from the door issue that should be sorted) and overall we loved our stay at this apartment.

Bathroom needs renovation also as the sofa. Noisy from the road nearby.
