Отличное месторасположение, много бытовой техники (при длительном проживании, это очень удобно)
Не было горячей воды, оказалось, что выключен бойлер (искала долго причину, писала в чат-бот..., еле нашла бойлер), ползают мелкие насекомые по всей кухне/гостиной, в районе кухни плохо работают розетки, не смогли пользоваться чайником (думала, что он сломан, а оказалось причина в розетке), нет возможности оставить багаж
