There was no washing machine in the apartment as advertised, but there are very good laundry facilities in the Reception area. There is a charge for the safety deposit box, which is not mentioned

The apartment was a perfect size and well equipped with all we needed for our 11 night stay. The apartment was cleaned every 3 days with fresh towels being left. The complex itself is in a very good location, close to restaurants and in walking distance of Fanabe and the golden mile but far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle of it all. The supermarket on site is really good value especially kids swim toys/googles. There is also a larger supermercado a 5 minute walk. The buses are handy and the station. It is walkable to Siam park, Aqua park and Siam mall. The hotel bar is well priced and staff helpful. The sun bed situation can be stressful but only for those who claim their sunbed at 9am then clear away for the day and complain that the lifeguard has removed their towels! But this is no reflection on the property itself.

The hairdryer was a strange one. In future I will bring my own!
