Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was geweldig. Mooi uitzicht op de tuin met zwembad en de zee. De locatie was prima. Binnen 5 minuten liep je op de boulevard. Zwembad en tuin werden goed onderhouden.

De galerij was niet verlicht waardoor het 's avonds erg donker was. De slaapkamer lag aan de voorkant aan een drukke weg. Je kon het raam niet open zetten vanwege het lawaai en er was ook geen ventilator in de slaapkamer. Het appartement was gedateerd. Afzuigkap werkte niet, balkon kon niet op slot, douchekop zat los. We hadden voor 1 week 2 handdoeken pp ter beschikking. Er was wel een wasmachine maar geen Wasmiddel. Aangezien de meeste mensen met het vliegtuig gaan hebben die over het algemeen geen Wasmiddel bij zich.

There was no air con which isn’t a big deal if they have a fan or 2 but there was no fans either so was very uncomfortable with the heat of apartment, also there was only 1 key to share between 3 people which wasn’t ideal when one key opens the gate for pool and the gate to get into the complex, wasn’t ideal for when everyone was doing different things at different times

Great location, 5 mins walk from Playa El Bobo and bars. Nice pool with salt water. Private parking, with plenty of free spaces. Great view from balcony. Apt is big, kitchen with oven and normal size fridge. Good cold and hot water pressure.

In reality apartment did not meet 8.8 rating, worn out, and looks worse than on photos. It could be much better with some cheap improvements, but they were not done. Lot of black mold in bathroom 🤦‍♂️ Towels and linen didn't smell fresh. Very old worn out soft mattress in bedroom. Sofa was even worse. Bed smell in bedroom, but you can't open the window at night because of very noisy highway. To visit pool/go outside hotel, you need to use key, but you only have one key, which was really inconvenient. 2 trash bags and 2 toilet papers for 2 people/7 days. Broken shelves in fridge. Manager/owner said us to write him if we need anything, but when I wrote about mold and mattress he wrote us that apt is cheap(83€/night) and I should understand it 🤦‍♂️. After some discussion he brought us anti-mold Sanytol, which helped.
