Outstanding place

Very special place (an old barn) with friendly people, even if we did not speak all the same language or not the same language at best, the communication was easy and nice. Room has everything you need, whole place created with charm, also with a small kitchen area. Breakfast was prepared to a time of your preveral. All in all, a very pleasent stay to a fair price.

This was a last minute booking visiting the area for cycle event. Accommodation was perfect for location, spacious, clean, warm, friendly and comfortable. The included breakfast of fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, meats and cheese was perfect. Thank you

A beautifully restored house in rolling hills.

1. The location was in a quiet suburb amidst lovely rolling hills. 2. The building was a sensitively-restored house/barn with a spectacular central atrium. 3. The welcome was friendly and informative, with helpful local tips. 4. The breakfast was excellent -no eggs, but superb local products, with details explained by our hostess.

Superb

Super friendly host, she welcomed us and showed us around with a big smile even though we were later than initially mentioned. She also gave suggestions for activities and nice places to visit. The B&B is beautiful, rooms are good, there is a garden with terras to relax,.... And the breakfast is amazing! Fresh regional products, fruit, bread,... I'm a good eater, but even I could not finish. On Sunday I participated on a trail that started in the early morning, and she even prepared me some things so I had a small breakfast anyway!

There is nothing I didn't like, just a pity that the pool table was not great.

Great overnight stay

This hotel was chosen based on being at the right place for a road trip stop, but it was absolutely lovely. It is in a remodeled barn and includes a full kitchen made available to guests in addition to an excellent breakfast. There are several sitting areas in the public area of the facility. Our room was comfortable and clean with an attached private bathroom. There is no elevator, but none was expected. Parking is free in an adjacent off street lot.

It could use a larger outdoor sign. We drove past it on our first cut.

Great breakfast with local products, fresh fruit and juice. The hostess was very helpful with tips and checking whether routes were open. There is a well equipped kitchen available. The rooms are spacious and the building is beautiful!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property, very spacious and clean. Very friendly host, delicious breakfast . Very well located. We were lucky enough to have the whole place for ourselves. We will definitely come back. Great for a getaway with friends as well

Boutique hotel standard with a personal touch and utmost attention.

Everything was great: the accommodation (refurbished barn adjacent to the house) is designer-ish without being overwhelmingly opulent; the location is good for venturing into nature and it's well connected; the breakfast is legendary: health options available, but it was big enough to pack a sandwich for the day's trek. I'm impressed by the quality and presentation of (mostly local) food, and the abundance of fruit. The kitchen area is available to make, eat and store your own food, if you choose to do so. The host explains everything almost to a fault. She is very helpful also with picking trekking routes.

Een prachtige plek met een warme ontvangst.

De gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het verblijf is een authentieke, gemoderniseerde boerderij met veel charme. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, met verse streekproducten van hoge kwaliteit. Vanuit het raam hadden we een schitterend uitzicht op het omliggende landschap. Een echte aanrader!

Voor mij waren de bedden een beetje aan de harde kant.

Eigenlijk alles wel: hartelijke ontvangst, erg ruime kamer, warme douche, goede verwarming, àlles kwaliteit en veel vertrouwen: we waren de enige gasten en mochten het hele gebouw gebruiken. Dus ook de zitkamer, tv- kamer, keuken met alle faciliteiten. We kregen ‘s morgens een uitgebreid ontbijt met veel verse streekproducten, echt heel goed. Het was muisstil en het bed was echt top. Heerlijk verblijf. Alles erg ruim, luchtig en schoon. Ver boven verwachting!

Le lieu est magnifique, l'ambiance avec la propriétaire, le contact et l'accueil ainsi que les explications bien détaillées sur les commodités et des lieux qu'il faut voir et les restaurants à proximité 👍🙏. La propreté de la chambre avec baignoire le petit-déjeuner très copieux, etc... La liste serait trop longue. Je recommande fortement à tout le monde 😉👍🙏

Heerlijke relaxte plek voor een weekend of langer

De zeer vriendelijk B&B eigenaresse verwelkomde ons met uitleg over alles omtrent het verblijf en gaf tips voor leuke wandelingen en eetgelegenheden. Hele fijne kamer met goed bed en fijne en schone badkamer met goede douche. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt dat hier en daar naar wens aangepast kan worden. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug! :-)

Prachtige locatie middenin de mooie natuur om een heerlijk weekendje (of langer) weg door te brengen

De B&B is gelegen in een prachtig omgebouwd oud pand. Heel sfeervol. De eigenaresse is superaardig en heeft altijd tips voor restaurants of wandelingen in de omgeving. Ontbijt is heerlijk.

We hadden via Booking aangegeven dat we op vrijdag later aan zouden komen, maar daar werd eigenlijk niet op gereageerd. Toen heb ik vrijdag bij vertrek maar even gebeld, anders hadden ze het volgens mij niet geweten.

Sejour aywalle

L'auberge se trouve dans une ancienne grange décorée avec soin par les propriétaires.

De notre avis : La chambre est ancienne et mal agencée, située au deuxième étage (il manque des informations sur le site de réservation). Quand on a des enfants en bas âge, ce n'est pas facile de monter les escaliers. Dans les toilettes et la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de ventilation, et une odeur très désagréable s'y fait sentir. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit aux familles avec un bébé.

Super en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ontzettend mooi ingericht. Super goed ontbijt, schoon en ontspannen sfeer. Mooie keuken die je kunt gebruiken. Pool-tafel en leuke leeshoekjes.

Je hoor wel wat geluid uit de andere kamers. Zeker een huilende baby. Maar dat doen baby's soms en dat is voor de baby en de ouders veel onprettiger.

Met man en zoon genieten van het mooie Ardennen!

Het is werkelijk waar prachtig!!! De kamers, de B&B zelf, het ontbijt, de gastvrouw een woord: formidabel!!

Het was erg warm, er miste een ventilator of een airco om het op de bovenste verdieping aangaande aangename temperatuur te hebben.

Literie moyenne, insonorisation plus que moyenne, présence d'une salle de jeux : ce n'est pas un gîte mais un B&B : un billard n'y a pas sa place. La présence de 3 cyclistes hollandais était plus que dérangeante : bruyants et manque total de savoir-vivre.

Het was gehorig, maar als iedereen een beetje rekening houdt met elkaar hoeft dat geen probleem te zijn.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Schatten der Linde

Der sehr freundliche Empfang, das tolle Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangen-Saft, die Terrasse, die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten außerhalb des eigentlichen Zimmers, die allen Gästen gemeinsam zur Verfügung stehen (Fernseh-Zimmer, Billard- Raum, Küche, Esszimmer.) Einfach klasse!!!
