A terraced cottage situated in the Cornish town of Newquay and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
4 Bredon Court is a terrace cottage placed in the town of Newquay in Cornwall. It offers three bedrooms; a triple room, a double and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep up to seven people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a rear enclosed garden with a picnic bench. 4 Bredon Court is a well-placed cottage, perfect for a memorable holiday in Cornwall.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Off road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with picnic bench. Two well-behaved pets welcome, pets are charged at £20 each. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Please be aware any linen changes for bookings over 2 weeks will be charged at £75 per change.

The harbour and fishing village of Padstow is 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 45 minutes. St Ives and the Tate Gallery is also nearby. Nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, a perfect touring base.
