Beautifully bright and spacious, Trelantis, 5 Gwelva is an impressive four-story townhouse perfectly positioned for you to make the most of Newquay's iconic surfing culture.
Ceiling high windows in the living space frame the spectacular view that stretches over Fistral Beach and out to sea, the turquoise waters offering a delicious contrast to the neutral decor. The open plan living area lends itself to lazy evenings that spill out onto the balcony for summer sundowners with old friends, whilst the open plan kitchen diner means the designated chef won't miss out on the conversation, or the view.
After days playing in the waves, four tranquil bedrooms await weary heads. Situated on the first and second floors, each bedroom is light and airy with pastel hues and natural textures. Two of the four bedrooms have doors leading out to a private balcony with far reaching views along the coast, the perfect spot to enjoy the first coffee of the day.
Newquay has long been a mecca for those looking to embrace the relaxed surfing lifestyle. Fistral Beach is a short 270 metre walk from Gwelva, where you can spend your days learning to surf at one of the local surf schools or simply sit back and watch the world go by. However, if dry land is more for you, Newquay's bustling streets are bursting with cafes, award-winning restaurants and cocktail bars offering a true taste of Cornwall.
Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
