Driftwood House is just minutes from the town centre yet tucked away in a quiet area, this fine residence is perfectly located for those wishing to stroll to one of the many breathtaking beaches or fine restaurants that the town has to offer.
Upstairs, the panoramic ocean view sitting room is perfectly placed with an extensive view of the headlands off towards Watergate Bay as well as Porth Beach, an ideal setting in which you can enjoy the 83 inch 4K smart TV with Sonos surround cinematic sound. Downstairs, the modernized open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. Here, the stylish design is fulfilled with Philippe Starck-esque ghost chairs, a sleek white glass dining table, and a granite effect worktop island. Bi-fold doors spanning the length of the kitchen open up onto the enclosed garden with patio and sizeable Alexander Francis Rattan lounge seating and an 8 guests dining table and chairs, superb for alfresco dining.
The house boasts 4 king-sized bedrooms complete with 40 inch smart TVs. On top of the lavish family bathroom, the house boasts 3 ensuite power shower wet rooms.
No luxury experience is complete without a hot tub, and Driftwood House is no exception. The hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.
We've upgraded to Starlink Wifi, now offering lightning-fast speeds of 158+Mbps, a big jump from the previous 30 Mbps which is the local limit using traditional cables. Stay connected seamlessly during your stay with us!
The property boasts off-road parking for several cars, and laundry facilities, including a Hoover 10kg washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer. We also provide badminton rackets, a boogie board, and a beach windbreaker for our guests.
Panoramic views will greet your arrival to Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic. This resort has become the UK’s lifestyle hotspot and a true mecca for surfing fans. The famous seven beaches are the heart of this town, Great Western, Tolcarne, Towan, Lusty Glaze, Porth, and of course Fistral and Little Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place for one to relax and unwind in one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of restaurants, a golf course, karting, Newquay Zoo, Pirates Quest, the Eden Project, and many National Trust properties.
Changeover days are Saturdays in peak season, but we are able to be more flexible off-peak. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to ask.
All guests are requested to respect the neighbours. Any guests that cause complaints from neighbours or authorities will have 100% of the deposit retained. We aim to cater for family groups, we do not cater for all male or all female groups or parties. If you aren't happy with these terms and conditions, please do not book and / or cancel any booking.
Security cameras are situated on the outside of the property, they will not be on during your stay, except for change over day and or if any disturbance is reported.
We have a Fire Risk assessment and will send a copy upon request.
