Comfy and well appointed house in the centre of Newquay. 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice garden area and off road parking. Great view from the top floor.

The location was good. 10 minutes walk to Fistral Beach. 3 minutes walk to Central Bar and Newquay town. Good size bedrooms (all 3 doubles). Good communication and clear instructions from the hosts (automated messages). Easy to access the keys on arrival. Property was generally warm and comfortable. Functional, reasonably well-stocked kitchen.
The en-suite bathroom on the second floor was unfinished (looks like granite grey walls, floor and sink unit without any finish) and the room itself was freezing. There's no radiator in there, and it made showering unpleasant as it was so cold. It was windy while we were there and that made it even colder. It was noisy from passing pedestrians and car traffic, and wind. The kitchen had many cupboards with their door fronts peeled off. They still worked, but it certainly needs a refresh. The sofas looked clean, but whenever we sat on them, our clothes attracted white dog/animal hair from within the covers. The layout was strange with a bathroom/toilet next to the kitchen on the ground floor, but no bathroom/toilet on the first floor next to the two double beds, and the unfinished bathroom/toilet on the second floor. Using the bathroom and then walking out through the kitchen and living room to head upstairs back to your bedroom, was often not convenient.
