The room was clean and the beds comfortable. the staff were very polite, friendly, and efficient. the food was really good.an well presented. 3 real ales, and a range of lagers and ciders. and a good wine selection. had a good night's sleep did not hear any noise from the bar even though it was a busy weekend. A bus stop is close by if you want to travel into Leeds
No Biscuits to go with the tea & coffee making facilities. Miss my choccy biscuits in the morning. nothing else to find fault with.

Very clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Surprisingly quiet. Very friendly staff. There was plenty of milk and coffee etc.
Only a thought to have a breakfast option.

Location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was simple but very clean, price was very reasonable.
There were two sachets of showel gel/ shampoo but no hand soap for the sink.
