Stayed 1 night.. Lovely hotel and spa with nice touches. Fresh milk and water available at the end of each corridor.. The only downside on arrival were the extra costs, having booked this hotel via a third party company, I incurred extra costs for spa, robes slippers and parking.. I assumed this would be included and complimentary. Booking directly through hotel website includes all the amenities in the price.. overall we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel..

We had a great stay here: comfortable bed, clean room and enjoyable spa! Would definitely stay again!

Firstly we couldn’t get a table for dinner in the restaurant. We perched on a coffee table in the bar, foo was excellent, when we left 2/3 of the restaurant tables were still vacant! The manager wouldn’t budge when the bar staff asked him, ludicrous! Then the nighttime, the noise from other rooms whist inside our room was the worst I have ever experienced, you could hear everything in the adjacent rooms and from above and in the corridors. One guest was asked to check out as was not welcome at the hotel, the room next to us had porn on repeat or a very energetic lady all night long and in the morning was still making the same sounds! Worst night ever!
