Good for an overnight stay, good restaurant

The evening meal was freshly cooked and enjoyable Continental Breakfast was an optional extra at €14 per head so we declined it The room was a little basic but perfectly acceptable for a short stay

Hotel was not staffed overnight, slightly worrying security and fire wise Optional breakfast way too expensive Rooms rather basic

Very pleasant stay.

Very pleasant clean well run hotel with nice staff. Dinner was excellent and good choice for breakfast. Room and bed very comfortable. Large car park which was situated behind the hotel. All within easy walking distance to town centre.

Quiet location, big car park locked at night, interesting town.

The restaurant was closed for summer holidays although we weren't informed of this in advance. The window handle came off in my hand and had clearly been broken a long time. Breakfast was plentiful but limited choice. Coffee machine very old and poor quality.

Overnight stay in a lovely hotel

The hotel was ideally situated for us in pleasant surroundings. There was a large car park and the staff were very helpful. The bedding was pristine snd the bed was very comfortable.

Because we had to leave early we missed having breakfast before we had to leave.

This is a beautifully clean little hotel in a lovely little town. The bedrooms were spotless. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean bedsheets.There were plenty of choices for evening meals. The food was freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. Breakfast was tremendous. What a feast to start the day? The owners worked incredibly hard and deserve credit. The car park is at the rear of the hotel and the gates are locked overnight.

Satisfactory, but perhaps maintence checks need improvement.

Location, parking.

No tea making facilities/ kettle in the room. TV very small and positioned too high on the wall, almost ceiling level. Bedroom door made very loud noise when closing, needed oiling to avoid disturbing other guests. Bath plug was broken, was not possible to retain water. Disappointing.

The hotel has an opportunity to clear its sitting area at rear for smokers which a little untidy and enable perhaps motorcycles to be parked there under cover which may well enhance trade.

Very good value, nice staff and comfy, big and quiet rooms

Quiet, very comfy rooms and great restaurant: very tasty dishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. At first glance the hotel didn't look that nice as on quite a busy road but the building extends a long way from the road and all the rooms are there so it's very pleasant and quiet. We could store our bicycles in a big shed at the back. We had very big and luxurious rooms for a two-star. Highly recommended.

An short but enjoyable stay with good evening meal menus and extensive continental breakfast.

We were a group of 14 guests, 9 of whom were cycling from Dieppe to Paris. The hotel was easily reached from the Avenue Verte cycle path and had a secure lock up garage for the bicycles and plenty of parking for the support cars.

We have stayed at this hotel for over 4 years on our journey to our property in the dorgne. It is an excellent and convenient stopover. The breakfast is way above average and with a secure car park i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Comfortable and clean room. Very quiet. Secure parking. Good restaurant open on a Monday night! Excellent breakfast.

The restaurant and corridors were cold and so was our room when we arrived. It took a while for the heater to make it comfortable, then it was fine. (We appreciate the need for everyone to cut back on energy use.)

Very convenient and nice hotel

The hotel was very convenient for a stop off on a long drive and we got the triple room for our family which was very comfortable. No air con but it was ok. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and both were great. The parking is in a secure car park.
