Perfect location, just 50 m from entrance to Vatican Museum.
For 3 stars hotel quite good breakfast and fresh coffee, very friendly staff. Everyday room cleaning
The hotel are very old, the room are big and high celling, we booked Deluxe room (35m2) with small patio just above the Church dome :). Hotel needs extremely renovation or at least to maintain a proper housekeeping, especially in the bathroom, very old furniture, lots mould everywhere!
Other thing - the nearby streets are very noisy and crowded, dirty streets and lots of beggars around

The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
There was noise coming from the room next door that almost sounded like there were doing repairs.

Old rooms, mold, and horrible noise isolation. Paid 250€/night, felt like a hostel. But unfortunately, due to some Vatican anniversary in 2025, there is no real alternative in Rome in general. So the hotel kinda fulfilled its duty, even for that horrendous price.
