Localização e o quarto cómodo .
Principalmente do check in! Foi horrível. Reconheço que na altura o prédio estava sem luz mas quando liguei ao proprietário, em vez de me descansar e ajudar efetivamente, a frase que ficou foi “ tem de esperar que alguém entre no prédio e abra a porta” deixando-me na rua , na incerteza. Além do péssimo inglês, engano nos códigos e outros, foi desagradável no trato com o cliente que chega a um país diferente , esperando ser bem recebido por alguém que foi pago por um serviço. Para além de ter pago adicionalmente para guardar as malas num quarto onde iria ficar. No último dia disse para sair até às 11 quando no anúncio está as 12 horas e quando confrontado com isso, lá anuiu!Enfim, valeu o quarto em si e a localização. Ultima nota! Tem de remendar o problema da torneira do duche que está sempre a deitar água.
