Stanza molto spaziosa, silenziosa, pulitissima. Posizione ottima, vicinissima ai Musei Vaticani, tanti bar e ristoranti in zona. La Sig.ra Mariella molto gentile e accogliente.

This accommodation has an excellent location; the room, though not large, is very clean. The bus stop is right outside, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient. There's a good restaurant downstairs with delicious pizza. The hostess, Mariella, is very welcoming and readily meets guests' needs.

Location, small shop beneath to buy water and groceries, close to entrance to Vatican Museums and metro, shared room with refrigerator as ours in room didn't work and it was hot summer.
Water hot/cold constantly changing or hot water missing, low water pressure barely sprinkling, air-conditioning not working - old and functioning more as a fan than air-conditioning. Quite uncomfortable mattress, small room and bathroom for family. For this price you can rent an apartment near by and enjoy the space. Free breakfast is one coffee and one croissants, so not worth it in my opinion.
