Great location, walkable to many restaurants and sights. The room was much bigger than expected, including the bathroom and shower.
Communication with the host wasn't always clear, perhaps a language difficulty, but they did try to answer all our questions.

The location was excellent! We could easily walk to St. Peter's and to the metro. There were also bus stops close by. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge and the microwave were very useful. Check in was easy - it was great that they already sent the WiFi log in details so that we could use it to go online to complete a part of the check-in process. Otherwise, we would have been stranded since we don't have Italian SIM cards. The cleaning was also very professionally done.
The hot water didn't flow on day 1. The host fixed it quickly enough. We stayed 5 days. The Internet became flaky in the second half.

It was only few steps away from Vatican City, we were able to see pope Sunday blessing. St Peter’s basilica only 10 mins away. Very comfortable bed
The bedroom was very small, bathroom too tiny.

Location, size of my room, clean. Metro station Ottaviano nearby, so easy to get the property. Supermarket right downstairs.
I didn’t appreciate the manner in which they felt the need to remind me of my departure time a full hour in advance. Dirty street with a rats. And noise out of the street because of renovation.
