The staff were really welcoming. The coffee on the morning was the best start of the day. It was always clean. We enjoyed to have a fridge in the room.
I would enjoy more fruits for breakfast.

I really enjoyed the place, it was beyond my expectations, close to everything, restaurant, metro, 5 minutes to the museum of the Vatican and 10 minutes to the basilica of são Pietro by walking, you can walk around even go by foot to the center of Rome, the breakfast was good, Mr Andrea thank you very much, I will come back obviously

Clean and satisfactory. Great location for visiting the Vatican Museums
I had help to enter the property over the phone & then had a set of keys to use but I found them challenging to use for some reason on more than 1 occasion? Maybe I didn’t have the right technique? A flower seller helped me open the main door. I was also incredibly conscious of the sounds of numerous sirens in the street below. Some fresh water in the room could have been nice but it was ok.

Breakfast was a lot for European standard. Francesco was very nice and helpful too. Daily cleaning is also great. Location is perfect with a lot of stops nearby for Subway and bus. Area felt safe at any hour.
The Ottaviano subway exit doesn't hv escalator/lift, so if you are arriving with bags better opt to use bus that already in street level.
