Isabel was very accommodating for us to check in late. I will never forget the kindness. After entering the room I realized the refrigerator was warm, so I contacted Isabel to ask how to turn it on because I had insulin that needed to be cold. I was told that it worked while the room card was placed on the switch box. Early in the morning Isabel showed up with an extra card, so the fridge would be on, even when not in the room. That is what I call excellent customer service!!!
Italian breakfast was provided, but we had to take a 12 minute walk to the restaurant. No big deal anyway.

Friendly and helpful landlady, cleanliness, location
Downstairs noise at night that can’t be handled (probably due to a restaurant operating) but it’s not unbearable
