Great stay!

Friendly and very helpful staff who knows their job very well. This is family run small hotel and restaurant. Excellent kitchen. Wonderful mountain view from the window and balcony. Check out is straight at 10 a.m. Breakfast time can be delayed upon request.

Hotel Reidnwirt highly recommended.

The hosts, Hans, Helga, and their sun Rudy and his wife are just terrific! Having visited Hotel Reidnwirt 3 times before as a child (5, 6, and 14), it was like coming home again. Before our arrival, Helga had already caught our family name, and even though my parents were not alive anymore, upon arrival, my family and I were welcomed as long-time family. The food (Thai and Austrian cuisine) was outstanding. The rooms are very clean. It is a great location to visit when traveling south or as a final destination. I highly recommend visiting Hotel Reidnwirt to experience Karnten and the local feel of Baldramsdorf.

Beautiful area and very peaceful.

Very friendly staff - keys available on arrival. Nice room with balcony for views over a tranquil setting. Plenty of parking (use the parking on the right hand side of building). Easily accessible from motorway at Spittal. Restaurant on site was very good, as was breakfast. The Roman museum (Teurnia), a few miles away, is very good. It is split over 3 sites - the ticket office and information is at St. Peter in Holz.

Exceptional

This place is amazing! Everything was great! We stayed there with a 5 months old baby and all three of us liked that place very much ! The owner even offered us better room than we ordered and that was very sweet and pleasant. There are beautiful places to walk around. The breakfast was also very delicious. The hostess was very kind. The place is focused on family's with the small baby, they have baby beds and baby chairs . So, to make long story short - we totally recommend this place.

Great place with warm Austrian hospitality in beautiful landscapes.

An adorable farm turned into hotel. They have great food in the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and well-furnished. The hotel tries to give you the impression you are in a big farm house. As we stayed there for only one night during the low season, we didn't get to explore all the facilities, but I they have great open areas and horses. It's a place that is best reached by car. From the windows in the room we could see the stately Burg of Hochosterwitz, a really nice medieval castle sitting on the top of the only hill in the area.

I love dogs and animals, but some people aren't so fond of them. So I think the hotel staff could be a little more careful with their dogs walking into and through the restaurant and one of the kitchens.

Personale gentile e accogliente ambiente familare la colazione abbondante e varia veramente squisita ci abbiamo anche cenato con piatti della cucina austriaca deliziosi

La camera piccola e all’arrivo odore di chiuso non adeguatamente areata. Aprendo le finestre la stanza si e’ riempita di zanzare, non cerano zanzariere. Non essendoci ne aria condizionata o ventilatore abbiamo sofferto un caldo terrible durante la notte non potendo tenere le finestre aperte neanche 5minuti. Arredi interni molto datati, pulizia della stanza non perfetta.

Bel emplacement chaleureux

Accueil très sympathique, malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous ne parlons que quelques mots allemands (notre faute😉) ,mais ils.ont été patients et empathiques en tentant quelques mots dans notre 2e langue, l'anglais et nous même avec nos quelques mots allemands. Excellent déjeuner(oeufs, fruits, gruau céréales, tartinades variées, fromage...) De même pour le repas du soir. Nourriture simple mais bien apprêtée. Portions généreuses. Situé dans un très petit village, calme, pittoresque.

La chambre est très étroite, rien de grave ,nous n'y étions qu'une nuit,de passage. Cependant les rideaux laissant passer toute la lumière, on n'a moins aimé. Prévoir un "loup" pour les yeux.

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, Das Frühstück war gut . Die Betten waren so wie wir sie mögen.

Leider war die Toilette draußen auf dem Flur die Mann sich mit anderen Gästen hat teilen müssen. Die Duschkabine direkt im Zimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Fije stop tijdens onze fietstocht. Warme familiale ontvangst met al het comfort dat je nodig hebt.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, lekker ontbijt en een groot terras om na de fietstocht te genieten. Mooi uitzicht op Spittal.

De kamer en de badkamer zijn niet erg groot maar voor één nacht op doorreis met de fiets exact wat we nodig hadden.

Rapporto prezzo/qualità elevato in struttura inadeguata per i tempi.

Una soluzione passabile per una notte, niente di più. Colazione buona.

Camera davvero vecchia, con doccia e lavandino. Wc in comune nemmeno sullo stesso piano. Doccia e lavandino puliti, mentre nell'armadio, sull'armadio e sulla sedia c'era polvere. Solo una mini saponetta da lavandino, niente per la doccia. Le biciclette sono state sistemate alla buona nel garage del proprietario, non in uno spazio chiuso dedicato. Insomma nel 2025 mi aspetto uno standard minimo più elevato in Austria, soprattutto per €100 (b&b adulto + bambino). Non ci tornerei.

Für die Durchreise absolut ausreichend

Sehr nette Gastleute, auch sehr kulant. Wir kamen etwas spät, haben aber trotzdem noch warme Küche bekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Es war bei Boocking.com nicht ersichtlich, daß die Zimmer, oder unser Zimmer keine eigene Toilette hat. Für jemanden, der mehrmals in der Nacht raus muß sehr unangenehm und für mich ein Nichtbuchungs-Kriterium ist.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gute Unterkunft auf der Reise nach Kroatien. 2 Zimmer mit Bad, 1Zimmer mit Dusche im Zimmer und Toilette auf dem Flur. Hat uns nicht gestört. HäSuch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Freundliche Wirtsleute, gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern , sehr schmackhaftes Essen österreichisch und thailändisch. Gerne wieder.
