Disappointing.

The owners were very pleasant.

We were accommodated in a room in the loft area, approached by two sets of 17 stairs. At the ages of 77 and 84, these were simply too difficult and exhausting. Had we known previously about the stairs, we wouldn’t have booked this pension. Booking.com and/or the owners should tell their guests about this at the booking stage so that this can be taken account of … for many it probably wouldn’t matter, but for us it did. Room had two single beds, as anticipated, a small table/desk, and one chair ….. why oh why do these places only provide one chair when two people are occupying a room. Asked for an extra chair but as I don’t understand very much German, didn’t understand the response from the owner, but it seemed like a ‘hard luck mate, no extra chair’ type of response as it never appeared. Plumbing in the loo left a lot to be desired … toilet didn’t flush properly.

We end up with attic room, you can't get up of your bed and not hit your head. Extremely steep stairways, one common toilet for whole floor.

Really nice place, clean and close to the lake. Family running the pension was genuinely kind and happy to welcome new travellers. We would be happy to come back:).

Lovely stay with lovely people

The owners were so nice to me, very helpful and caring. The room was very clean as well. Additionally their garden is very well maintained which makes for a nice place to sit.

Good location, clean place, good owner however mentioned things could be improved.

Location is good - close to the lake. Warm welcome from owner. Clean room. Quiet place. Good parking.

Small room which owner changed for us for a bigger. Also wifi did not work and both doors were creaking. Breakfast is from 8:10 a.m. which is quite late in our case so we skipped it. TV has only German channels.

Basic but good for a short stay when you are travelling further

Very basic but perfect for a stop when you are travelling further (this is what we used it for) as its close to the highway and very cheap.

Outdated furniture and room accesories, building and furniture is quite noisy or squeeky. Accomodation is very basic but coincides with the price you pay, so actually good value for what you pay for a short stay.

Our stay was particularly unpleasant. Much can be done by the manager to improve her hospitality

Advantages of this accomodation is the location near the lake and the price. But the downsides have been so many that I strongly recommend to look for alternatives. I had rearly provided so negative reviews.

This is the long list of downsides: 1. toilet shared with an other room (information missing from the reservation info), 2. the duvet cover and pillow cases in 100% synthetic fabric. The sheet was pierced with lots of patches 3. the sink in the room blocked 4. room far too small for two people, 5. wooden bed that creaks a lot at every movement, 6. many mosquitoes and no mosquito net, 7. no privacy due to husband of the manager always sitting on the veranda 3 meters from our window with a complete view of the interior of our room. The choice was between keeping the curtains open to breath or closing them for a little privacy

Breakfast great. Lady owner was very nice, we ordered additional frankfurtter for breakfast, got it right away.

The fact that this room had a shared bathroom was written somewhere with very small letters. In the covid times this should have been clearly stated

Zum Glück haben wir nur eine Nacht in dieser Pension gebucht!!!

Die Lage von der Pension war nicht schlecht!!!

Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss und es war sehr heiß , das Badezimmer extrem klein, TV Programme Fehlanzeige, das Frühstück sehr überschaubar und der Balkon wofür wir 10 € mehr bezahlt haben war nicht zum benutzen das irgendwo am Balkon ein Hornissennest war !!!

Optimal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise

Die Lage ist optimal. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am See und bei verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken.

Leider gibt es an den Fenstern keine Mückengitter, so dass wir nach einer nächtlichen Mückenjagd bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen haben. Die Bettwäsche aus Kunstfaser brachte uns zusätzlich zum Schwitzen. Beim Frühstück wäre mehr Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen.

Prima hotel

Personeel was zeer gastvrij. Locatie perfect, aan het meer, leuk stadje, aan de snelweg, gratis parkeren.

Mevrouw deed erg haar best voor het ontbijt ( verse broodjes, gekookt ei, kaas, ham, jam, koffie, thee en water), maar de keuze vonden wij minimaal. Misschien wat zoet beleg erbij voor de kinderen? Je mocht wel bij vragen als het niet voldoende was, dus je gaat er zeker niet met honger weg.

Nicht gut

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ebenfalls die Ausstattung. Empfangen wurden wir leider nicht sehr freundlich. Durch das Haus zieht sich leider ein sehr muffiger Geruch. Am nächsten Morgen war die Freundlichkeit wesentlich besser, aber wir waren auch nur auf der Durchreise. Vermutlich werden wir hier nicht mehr übernachten. Sehr schade….

Zolderkamertje met matige bedden en zeer warm. Bedden ver uit elkaar. Geen airco. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zeer matig!

Per una notte ho riservato una camera doppia piccola che è veramente piccola. Con bagno e doccia separati nel corridoio. La proprietaria dice che è solo ad uso della nostra camera ma siccome non si possono chiudere esternamente qualsiasi altro ospite potrebbe entrarci
