Fabulous location, rooms were big and bright, staff were very helpful, supplying an Iron, letting us in early as we had a wedding on our arrival day, all lovely

Good breakfast for italian standard. Location is excellent to explore Salo and the owner is extremely helpfull. Beautiful location at the lake!

Our room had no air-conditioning. When it is warm (we were there with 30+C) it is too hot. Still good value for money. Recommend the owner to have airco's put in the rooms which do not have that yet.

We chose well - would recommend and would stay again!

Excellent location on lakeside at far end of car free promenade but a very short stroll to restaurants, bars, shops, ferry, etc. Pleasant and friendly owners and staff. Exceptionally clean with good Covid practices in place. We possibly had the best room (201) which was large with a well appointed and large bathroom. Room looked directly over the lake and even had a small balcony where you could sit outside

No car parking at the hotel and we needed to use multi storey car park 5 minutes walk away at a cost of Euros 14 overnight. This is not a criticism of the hotel as all of the hotels that front onto the lake and promenade don't have on-site car parking.

Nice surroundings the hotel expensive for what they give

The hosts was kind, the hotel is very good situated - on the coast of lago di garda nice view on water and near to lot of restaurants, promenade and shops.

Our stay was in august a pretty hot weather and we missed the air condition in rooms so we did not sleep well, also the room was not very clean a lot of little beatles or spiders? on the top. The bathroom was clean and have no problems with that. We were disappointed of breakfast - it takes like 30 or 45 min to bring us food - bread, marmelade and coffee, a lot of things we ordered day before thay did not give us at all (ham, cheese, jogurt...)

Soggiorno piacevole ed essenziale.

Lo staff molto gentile, cordiale e simpatico. La posizione ottima, carino il balconcino fronte lago. La cena dell’hotel a base di pesce era veramente squisita: tagliolini al pesce di lago con pomodorini e asparagi, polenta e luccio e gelato alla vaniglia! Molto piacevole la musica di sottofondo e la compagnia del pappagallo Vasco durante la colazione. Ho apprezzato tantissimo le piante di agrumi che inondavano l’Hotel (sia decorative che non) e anche sui tavolini. Camera basic, ma funzionale. Colazione inclusa (non a buffet) buona e semplice.

Si sentivano discorsi e rumori delle stanze accanto. Unica cosa: avrei preferito un bollitore con il tè, un frigo o qualcosa del genere; tuttavia, per le nostre esigenze (una notte sola) è adatto.

VISTA dalla camera SPETTACOLARE

Posizione dell'Hotel eccezionale proprio sul lungolago Zanardelli e di fianco al Duomo nell'area pedonale, dalla finestra della camera al secondo piano si può ammirare gran parte dell'insenatura del Lago di Garda, veramente bellissimo il panorama. La stanza, mansardata è confortevole e spaziosa, in questo periodo invernale però, il riscaldamento è troppo elevato e durante il sonno si sente troppo il caldo e l'aria secca, servirebbero gli umidificatori sui termosifoni. Buona la colazione servita alla vecchia maniera con la cortesia del Signor Paolo. Fantastica la presenza degli ospiti pennuti, i pappagalli Vasco ed Anacleto, veramente spettacolari.

Purtroppo la struttura non raggiunge il massimo dei voti per il discorso parcheggio dell'auto che bisogna trovare al multipiano a pagamento oppure arrangiarsi, inoltre non ci è piaciuto il fatto che è stato chiesto il pagamento anticipato a mezzo bonifico e il giorno prima del soggiorno la dipendente Vittoria ci ha telefonato chiedendoci di cancellare la prenotazione da noi fatta tramite booking per non pagare le commissioni. Nel complesso ottima struttura con gestione da migliorare.

Prima plek om Salo te bezoeken

Het restaurant. Uitstekend eten voor een prettige prijs. En de locatie, direct aan de boulevard maar wel het stille deel. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. T is een restaurant met kamers. Ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen prima .

Viel niet tegen, maar besef dat de kamer essentieel is.

Le personnel est agréable ce qui fait son atout majeur c'est l'emplacement qui est exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique

Les chambres sont une grande simplicité ainsi que les sanitaires mais tout est très propre manque une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et le petit-déjeuner pas terrible les personnes handicapées doivent éviter d'ascenseur

Posizione fantastica.

Il ventilatore in camera al posto dell'aria condizionata non lo vedevo da decenni. Mancano tende interne di arredo per cui bisogna tenere le tapparelle chiuse tutto il giorno. Il parcheggio te lo devi pagare su suolo pubblico.

Bene ma non benissimo

La vista dalla camera fronte lago è stata davvero eccezionale. Buona la colazione e il personale molto gentile.

La struttura non presenta un parcheggio. In prossimità della struttura ci sono parcheggi strisce blu centellinati, molto cari e, comunque, molto contesi perché la zona lungolago è frequentatissima. Altra punta di demerito è la questione aria condizionata. Considerato il prezzo della camera, scoprire in loco che le camere hanno aria condizionata ma bisogna pagare un supplemento giornaliero per ricevere il telecomando è stata una spiacevole sorpresa! Idem interni della camera che andrebbero curati di più: moquette sporca, cuscini scomodi e scarico del wc lento. Mancava il kit nececessaire; i saponi erano dei flaconi da spremere. Insomma sufficiente ma con ampio margine di miglioramento e considerato il costo di una camera al di sotto delle aspettative.

Het ontbijt was super slecht droog ingepakt brood na navraag kregen wij wat stukjes kaas en een paar afgesneden stokbroodjes

Het eten was super slecht voor dat geld is het echt niet waard ook een van de eigenaresse was niet te overtreffen zelfs geen goede morgen kon eraf nooit meer naar dit hotel als je het een hotel mag noemen

Ich würde nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen

Hotel ist eigentlich gut gelegen, am Ende der langen Strandpromenade. Leider ist der nächste winzige Stadtstrand 2 KM entfernt.

Keine Klimaanlage. Nur einen alten Ventilator, der ziemlich laut war. Ich hatte bei der Buchung nicht auf Klimaanlage geachtet, da ich davon ausging, dass ein 3 Sterne Hotel in Italien eine Klimaanlage besitzt. War also mein Fehler. Das Frühstück war aus der Zeit gefallen, mit der alten Lady, die einem die Sachen serviert. Kein Buffet, sondern nur die Aufzählung, was es gibt, ohne dass man es sieht, und ohne, dass die Aufzählung vollständig ist. Schade. Eigentlich war es sehr sauber, aber dann war auf dem Teppich doch das lange Haar, das sicher nicht meines war, und da bin ich ziemlich kompromisslos.
