Struttura appena ristrutturato con materiali di pregio, nel cuore di Salò, comodissima per tutti i servizi, davvero ben insonorizzata, lo staff davvero gentile e sempre molto disponibile! Davvero sorprendente a quel prezzo!

Ottima colazione all'italiana. Personale gentilissimo sia all'accoglienza clienti che al servizio bar. Stanze recentemente ristrutturate veramente confortevoli. Un complimento particolare lo voglio fare al personale addetto alle pulizie, la stanza era impeccabile. Wifi gratuito. La struttura si trova nel viale centrale di Salò a 100 mt dal lungolago, insomma comodo a tutto.

Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata: si vede che è stata fatta da poco. Personale molto cordiale

La colazione non è usufruibile prima delle 8:00, e il check-in/ check-out può essere fatto anch'esso a partitella dalle 8:00, ma il primo giorno sono arrivati alle 8:20, mentre il secondo giorno alle 8:30 non c'era ancora nessuno. Se si hanno degli impegni e non è solo una vacanza di piacere può essere un problema. Inoltre il primo giorno ho usufruito di un codice per entrare nella struttura perché sono arrivata dopo l'orario di check-in, ma nella porta d'ingresso fa fatica a funzionare e mi sono dovuta fare aprire da qualcuno. Struttura un po' difficile da trovare utilizzando solo maps

Sehr gut! Neue Zimmer, super Ausstattung. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nähe zum Parkhaus hervorragend: man muss mit dem Koffer nur durch eine kleine Gasse ist schon da.

Jederzeit wieder. bis zum 3. mal in der Residenza Di Piu

Ich war zum 2. mal dieses Jahr in der Residenza Di Piu und ich liebe alles an diesem Hotel: - tolle neue Zimmer mit Kühlschrank - die Lage ist perfekt (ps nebendran hat es auch eine tolle Bar die aussieht wie eine alte Apotheke) - das Frühstück unten im Cafe ist super lecker - Sabrina die sich um alles kümmert, ist super lieb und aufmerksam (ich hatte an einem Abend meine Zimmerkarte vergessen und sie war in 5 Minuten da um mich reinzulassen) Ich wurde bei meinem 2. Besuch sofort erkannt und wurde herzlich begrüsst. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Cafe sind alle total lieb und süss. und: der Espresso schmeckt richtig gut, wenn man am Nachmittag nochmal einen Kaffee haben möchte. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!!!!!

Wyjątkowe miejsce z włoską duszą. Piękna okolica, wraz z klimatyczną kawiarnią DiPiù na parterze budynku, w której można dostać pyszne włoskie śniadanie oraz wypić kawę. Miły i zawsze pomocny personel. Cały obiekt jest wykończony w gustownym stylu. Przestronny pokój z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem :)

Es war eine sehr lohnenswerte kurzfristige Buchung in einem wunderschönen B&B.

Seit ein paar Monaten ist Residenzia di Piu geöffnet und entsprechend ist alles noch neu und unverbraucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern, großzügig geschnitten und alles da was man benötigt. Die großen Fenster zur Einkaufspassage lassen viel Licht hinein aber den Lärm des Treibens draußen. Die moderne Klimaanlage lässt sich sehr gut bedienen und auch das Badezimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet.

Theoretisch gibt es nichts negatives, das einzige Manko wäre die Tatsache, dass man zwar Geschirr im Zimmer hat aber nur das Waschbecken im Badezimmer zum aufwaschen.
