The location, the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is just around the corner from the Lake Garda where you can have a nice walk.

A gem on the shores of Lake Garda!

The hotel is situated 100m from the Garda Lake shore. The room was large and nicely furbished, with a comfortable bed, a practical wardrobe, modern and functional bathroom, nice balcony with a lake view. Spotless cleanliness and cleaning services. Very good and varied breakfast buffet! You can have a relaxing walk by the lake or just on Salo's streets where are plenty of restaurants and shops, in a walking distance there is a port for boat-trips on the lake. Even if we had a short stay, the hotel played a important part in having a relaxing and memorable escape in Garda region!

Location, staff, accommodation. I had a double room for single occupancy with lake view as requested. I extended my stay at short notice and greatly appreciated the help of the owner in facilitating this change of plan.

Well located - friendly staff.

Well located to the old town, shops and restaurants. Had a family room (3 persons). Was nice and roomy. Nice bathroom/shower. Friendly staff.

Our room was facing another building as such no view and a bit dark. We were not long in the room so it did not play an important role.

Comfortable hotel!

The check in was fast and easy, the reception recommended a few eating places but we were too tired to go out. Both the room and bathroom are in decent size and the furnishing seems new. The bed and pillows were so comfortable which was what I need after a long-haul flight. There is a complimentary breakfast provided, the spread was simple but good enough to give me a warm tummy before I set off to the next destination.

The room was relatively ok size wise. Not a bad hotel but completely out of the range of 4 stars - which they claim to have. The breakfast is enough

The receptionist who was on duty after 8 o'clock was very unpolite. Checking his phone was more important than answering some small requests. No Pool, no restaurant We requested a room with a balcony, at the end we did get a view to the inner court and no balcony

Spacious room and modern bathroom. Beds are firm and good. Garage is nearby for €10/night if you mention the name of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around in Saló, so no problem.

Great location.

Location is great, a few minutes into the centre of Salo. The lake view room did have a great view and everything was very clean. The staff were also all very nice and happy. Also a good price for the view we had.

The only downsides were the pillows were pretty solid so not very comfy to sleep on. At breakfast the fruit was good, but the croissants were very hard and the boiled eggs were over cooked and the yolks had gone dark grey. Also to get the €10 per day parking you need to go to the hotel first, I didn’t feel this was very clear when booking as it just said €10 per day nearby so I went to the closest car park and ended up paying €30.

Gorgeous view of Lake Garda

Lovely hotel by Lake Garda in the charming little town Salò. We had such a gorgeous view of the lake from our room. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with delicious cornetti. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Super fresh and very convenient. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast was really good. I have to once more point out the fact that the hotel and rooms are newly renovated and extremely clean. This for me is five stars. Best hotel in this area. Air conditioning was also good and the bathroom was amazing.
