Lovely B&B that the owners, Amy and James, have clearly put a lot of care and thought into. Exceeded expectations. Beautiful lakeside location.

Worth knowing that it's about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Llanberis.

Amy and James are wonderful hosts and such welcoming people. They really make you feel at home, sometimes simply by asking how everything is going or if you need anything at all. The property is just as welcoming, with lovely, cozy lounges supplied with everything you need to make your evenings or lazy mornings comfortable and relaxing. Our room was clean and cozy, and the bed was absolutely perfect for sleeping like a baby. We actually went back to bed one morning after breakfast; it was that good! 🤭 A big bonus is that you don’t have to pay extra for parking. One day, we went hiking in Snowdonia and had the privilege of taking the bus just across the street to Pen-y-Pass. It made our day so much easier and completely hassle-free, especially when it came to avoiding the search for parking there. Extra points for the breakfast options, the delicious local jam and butter, and the fresh milk and cereals. There’s something so lovely about waking up in an area with such fresh air, barely feeling awake, and having a warm, welcoming, homey breakfast waiting for you. Clean, good breakfast, comfy bed

Location, no view of lake, no outdoor seating area apart from a bench, no staff, no evening meals available, had to make our own tea and coffee etc, that were downstairs, to bring up to room, smell in bathroom from drains, probably could do with checking, owners on site but felt uncomfortable having to msg or ask if we needed anything. Communal area was like sitting in front room with strangers. Bar closes at 10 and doors shut at 12.
