Very close to the village centre-great location. Lovely responsive hosts-nothing too much trouble. Very comfy bed and great shower.
The breakfast was a little limited but we chatted to the owners about this directly.

Amy contacted us prior to arrival, free parking outside hotel, James and Amy who are really nice and couldn't do enough for us greeted us on arrival and explained everything to us then offered us help to our room with our case. town n lakes only 20 minutes walk (or there is taxis) which have everything you need, we had cooked breakfast which was a great start to the day, as much tea and coffee and hot chocolate as you want with fresh milk. Clean, good breakfast, comfy bed
Location, no view of lake, no outdoor seating area apart from a bench, no staff, no evening meals available, had to make our own tea and coffee etc, that were downstairs, to bring up to room, smell in bathroom from drains, probably could do with checking, owners on site but felt uncomfortable having to msg or ask if we needed anything. Communal area was like sitting in front room with strangers. Bar closes at 10 and doors shut at 12.
