The staff were very friendly and was able to fix the broken shower door (temporary) within a few hours of it being reported, the location is brilliant very easy walk to town and back, location near a bus stop to get to snowdon. The facilities include a kettle, fridge, lockers, hot drinks which was very handy if youre buying food from the village to keep fresh for your stay, the access to the building was very secure, I would stay here again its definitely worth the money (£100 for 3 nights 4 days)
I booked a women only dorm, im not sure if there was a glitch or something but when I arrived I ended up being put in the 4 bed dorm with 3 random men. (Thankfully they were all lovely and respectful) but I was very taken back considering I booked the women only one..
The shower door fell off and was temporarily fixed due to a missing part that wasnt in the bathroom and remained very loose not a full close meaning the floor got very wet, and the toliet flush stopped working as well.

the whole experience was gorgeous! all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we all agreed that we'd stay here again
there was a slight issue with the heating, but it wasn't a large problem and the team were very professional in dealing with it.

Lovely budget hostel maybe 15 mins walk from the town.. basic clean, great beer and pizza, free carpark, lovely staff

Rooms were basic but had everything we needed. Darren and Elin were both very welcoming and were a great source of knowledge for the local area.
Room was a bit cool but there were extra blankets available. Darren and Elin were more than happy to turn up heating upon request.
