Charming, comfortable guest house with a lovely owner. Perhaps a little pricey for the size of the room, but the town is expensive generally. The location is close to the wharf and restaurants but a little bit of a walk away from the train station . buses are frequent however. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. There aren’t a lot of hotels in Bangor, but this is a good one.

Location was great. Just a 5 min walk to the local pub and restaurants Adam recommended. And the pier is just 1 more minute. Lovely. Breakfast was very good. We don't eat a lot for breakfast so had toast and eggs which were cooked just right.
Not "didn't like" but perhaps thicker bath towels.

Only downside was I missed breakfast due to having to leave early for travel connections.
