Great location with all the facilities needed for our stay, food & drinks were good, the staff were friendly & accommodating

The location was central, and there is a very nice coffee shop near the property.
The water pressure in our room felt like mild drizzles, and so was immensely lacking in strength. Other than that, the facilities, albeit old, were well maintained.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before when visiting our granddaughter who is at the University. It is close to the town centre and the University, and it is an affordable stay. Breakfast was good too!
Although our stay was (and has been in the past) very comfortable, the hotel does need some redecorating and upkeep. I’m assuming this is reflected in the reasonable proving.

Greatl location for the university, free parking, cheap to stay
Faded decor, not sure the shower was properly cleaned as I found the complimentary shower gel left in the shower that the previous guest had used. Would have liked a bigger cup of coffee at breakfast. And the doors to the rooms squeeked and banged.
