Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The family room was huge.
The shower was weak and hard to get the right temperature.

Old fashioned rooms with high ceiling and tall windows, comfortable bedrooms and clean room. A little outdated decor, but amazing location, friendly staff. Continental and full English breakfast and included in the price for 3 people which was a really good bargain.

It was great value for money. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It is a little dated. The carpets are worn and not very clean. Although they serve a good breakfast, there is no restaurant, so you have to find your own evening meal. It was quiet apart from the last night when we were woken by a couple of Irish revellers at 3am. Not the hotel's fault, but nobody there to ask them to keep the noise down. The shower wasn't very good either.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean but tired, the beds not particularly comfortable but the room was spacious. parking was a challenge.
The kettle was burnt out and needed replacing, there was no one to tell this information to.
