perfect location for what we wanted, the house very homely was clean and smelt clean, rooms spacious

nothing

Great Location, clean and well managed - handy drying room in the garden.

Tiny improvement- they supply a great range of tea and coffee- some milk sachets would be a nice touch and save you having to buy your own milk which goes to waste.

We were greeted by the owner, Lisa, and shown around. There are two lovely sitting rooms, one of which has plenty of space to eat at dining tables. There is a large, shared, very clean kitchen with lots of equipment, two ovens, two fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, etc. There is plenty of choice of tea and coffee. You get to use a plastic tub that you can fill with your food items during your stay; simply use a label provided. There is a well-stocked Spar next door, so finding ingredients for a main meal is easy. The room was very comfortable, with a sofa and great views. The bathroom and shower were small but well-presented, with a nice warm shower. Lovely thick towels were provided. If you plan to eat out, I would book in advance, as everywhere is usually full on Saturday night. If you get stuck, there is a sit-in fish and chip shop on the main street.

Lack of tissue service & towel service: 3 adults should be 3 towels, tissue & shambe was not provided
