Great for coffee and a bed lol

Location ... clean tidy great shower .. lil bit dated on the decor location is awsome

Wouldn’t stay there again

Location to the rail station. Everything else sucked. Didn’t even have Kleenex. Guy who ran the place was nice but wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was way too small and not very clean, especially carpet. Hated the bedspread& blanket. No water, no coffee.

Handy for bus, tram and train.

Friendly helpful staff when booking in. Good sized clean room and en suite. Despite being right on top of a transport hub it was pretty quiet.

The restaurant / cafe / bar closes on Saturday and Sunday so no breakfast available. Also not sure who you would contact in an emergency. The area is pretty run down I didn't encounter any problems but please be aware of your surroundings at night.

Great location for the train station

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was right across from the train station, which was great for us after an eight hour train ride and it was right next to our rental car company. The host on the property was wonderful very pleasant and kind. We had a lovely breakfast, coffee, and croissants sitting outside.

The stairs leading up to the room with luggage were a little difficult for older people. We thought we were on the first floor and we were but in Europe, the flash floor is always above the ground floor as our host reminded us when we asked if we were on the first floor. We were there in early May and it was very comfortable, but I imagine in the summer. It would be kind of hot. There are large windows, but of course no screens. Just something to keep in mind if you’d be traveling in summer.

Super breakfast and not expensive. Conveniently located next to the bus- and trainstation. Ideal for daytrips to for instance Bayeux. Very friendly owners. Quiet; no outside sounds.

Optimal location

Directly in front of the station, perfect position. Optimal back door for exits in case you have an early train the next morning or you have to come back late in the night. Room was optimal and had everything one may need. Very recommended for short or longer stays.

It was written is was "insonorized" but you could hear people in the corridor very well. But this is a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location across the train station. Very nice reception. Simple and clean amenities. Quiet room, lovely French breakfast. I loved every moment of it.

Exceptional

Kind staff, and rooms looked quite good , well kept and modern, including WiFi access. Provided towels and soap. The location is quite great. It is right opposite the train station and there is a tram right outside, around three stops to the main downtown area and the chateau de Caen

The train station is right in front of the hotel. Although check-in normally starts at 17:00, the host let me in at 13:00.
