It is okay for one time stay

Clean room, comfortable beds, lovely balcony with a divine sunrise view

Code based room key looks fancy, but any code with the same digits work, simple codes, and it also stops recognizing the code and you are locked out of your room. No 24/7 reception, good luck getting back to your room. No security and locked building doors either, if I did have company traveling with me, I would freak out sleeping in that hotel. Side note, breakfast is also pretty poor.

Our check-in process was smooth. Easy parking

COVID has been hard on the hospitality industry, so I hesitate to leave a review but there were some things that could be better without requiring undue expense by the hotel. While check-in process was relatively smooth, I wish she had told us that there would not be breakfast (included in room rate). The first morning we futilely searched for where breakfast was being served. Restaurant as dark and other doors locked. In the hotel room the information card clearly outlined the times for breakfast—no mention that breakfast had been suspended. We then traveled to Otterbach to buy our breakfast at the Barbarossa Bäckerei- great service there. Also in the bathroom the lighting was very dingy as they only had two light bulbs that worked. Made getting ready a little depressing as the shadows and low light made it hard to put in contacts let alone apply any makeup. The sheets were clean but 100% poly/microfiber which holds the heat & is rather uncomfortable in July weather. Lastly, if you want to minimize smelling cigarette smoke (late into the evening), ask for a room away from the restaurant terrace and balconies. I know cigarette smoke is hard to avoid but our balcony (room 11) was right of the restaurant terrace and sadly those smoking we right below our window and doors. In summary, our stay was just ok. The hotel bathroom needs the most attention to make it more appropriate for older guests or anyone who might struggle with two steps getting in and out of the tub/shower.

Nous avons bien apprécié cet hôtel, nous y avons reviendrons

L’hôtel dans sa totalité, c’est très propre spacieux et la chambre et correcte. Il y a l’espace qu’il fait et un balcon. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est sympa, nous avions une chambre derrière, calme et vue agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correcte et la personne qui officier ce matin là, était très accueillante et agréable.

Fijn en schoon verblijf met goed bed

Fijne schone kamer met balkon en een heel lekker bed met goed matras. Ik heb echt heerlijk geslapen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Automaten zijn aanwezig om nog eventjes wat te drinken en te snacken te halen. Echt een heel fijn hotel.

Het was pinksteren en hierdoor was het restaurant gesloten en ook werd er geen ontbijt geserveerd. Ik had een uur van te voren geboekt en toen ik aankwam om 17.50 was er niemand aanwezig. Na een telefoontje naar booking kwam de receptie gelukkig snel.

W miarę udany pobyt.

Cisza i spokój, to na pewno znajdzie każdy gość, po mimo usytuowania przy ruchliwyej drodze. Nowe meble, duża kabina prysznicowa, lodówka, to ogromny plus.Miejsce na samochód o każdej porze znalazłem. Skromne śniadania, aczkolwiek można było zjeść do syta.

Brak żelazka w pokoju jak i deski do prasowania, poduszka była tak płaska, że pod głowę dałem sobie złożony sweter. W telewizji programy tylko niemieckojęzyczne, dramat. Wieczorem brak restauracji, ciepłego posiłku.

Alles in allem ok, mit Luft nach oben.

Sehr freundliche ältere Dame für den Frühstücksservice, das Frühstücksangebot war soweit ok. Das Hotel befand sich in den letzten Zügen einer Generalüberholung, Außenanlage modern gestaltet und fertig, wirkt ansprechend. Innen war es noch nicht ganz fertig, Monteure für die Klimaanlagen der Zimmer waren noch beschäftigt. Wo gehobelt wird, da fallen Späne, so auch in unserem Zimmer, wo die Monteure den Antennenanschluß am Fernseher abgerissen hatten. Unkompliziert konnte ich nach tel. Abstimmung zwischen der freundlichen Dame vom Frühstücksservice und dem Inhaber kurzerhand einen Fernseher aus einem unbelegten Zimmer holen.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist auch erneuert, wirkt aber etwas gestückelt und leider nicht bis zum Ende betrachtet und bearbeitet. Der Minischreibtisch ist nicht nutzbar, da der Fernseher nicht wie in Hotels meist üblich an der Wand hängt, sondern auf dem Schreibtisch steht und ihn blockiert. Daneben steht ein einfacher Kühlschrank aus dem Mediamarkt, der relativ laut vor sich hin brummt und die Nachtruhe stört. Der Rolladengurt der Balkontür war geflickt und verlängert, leider aber trotzdem zu kurz, so dass die Rolladenelemente auf Lücke blieben und nicht richtig abgedunkelt haben. Das Bett war uns definitiv zu weich, erholsamer Schlaf so nicht möglich. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist. Das Bad ist komplett erneuert, allerdings sehr klein. Ablagen sind Fehlanzeige. Der neue Waschtischunterschrank hätte sich hier angeboten, war leider aber fehlerhaft montiert, die Schubladen nicht nutzbar. Dies hätte bei einer Abnahme nach der Montage eigentlich auffallen und korrigiert werden müssen. Es ist schade, dass zwar wirklich anerkennenswert Aufwand in die Sanierung des Objekts gesteckt wurde, dieser gute Ansatz durch fehlende Liebe zum Detail aber deutlich relativiert wird.

Es kam zu keinem Aufenthalt

Extra gebucht mit Balkon. Dieser war nicht vorhanden und es war auch nicht möglich ein Zimmer zu tauschen. Deshalb bin ich direkt wieder aus gecheckt da die im Vorfeld gebuchten Konditionen nicht eingehalten worden sind
