Rolluik aan raam, individuele verwarming van de kamer, grote inloopdouche, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met hele vriendelijke dame, groot terras met veel mogelijkheden om buiten te vertoeven.
Douche kent alom verspreid probleem van niet overal even propere voegen . Er wordt met meerdere losliggende verlengkabels en stekkerdozen gewerkt, wat niet zo handig is.

Clean room, comfortable beds, lovely balcony with a divine sunrise view
Code based room key looks fancy, but any code with the same digits work, simple codes, and it also stops recognizing the code and you are locked out of your room. No 24/7 reception, good luck getting back to your room. No security and locked building doors either, if I did have company traveling with me, I would freak out sleeping in that hotel.
Side note, breakfast is also pretty poor.
