Location, value, comfort and awesome breakfast

Location just outside the walking area perfect for a short visit for a soccer match. Parking available on-site. Excellent value and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was especially good. Individually prepared with choice of coffee style. Very welcoming atmosphere

It was very clean and a great location.

The room was small. No place to store open luggage. 2 flights of stairs followed by 1 flight down to our specific room. Was difficult after a long day. Hotel wasn't staffed when we arrived but they did have room key available. Entrance was difficult to find. Fortunately it was still daylight when we arrived.

The room was very clean and the hotel/surrounding was quiet. The breakfast was superb! The hotel itself was located in the center of the city. Next to the shopping center and shopping streets. Many nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Close to Gartenschau, Japanese garden, Wildpark,…

Beautiful hotel with charming guest service

Beautiful! The owner personally welcomed us and fulfilled any requests. The breakfast included local bakery goods and was delicious.

The parking spaces were extremely close. My son expressed that he felt the area was sketchy. However the hotel drastically stood apart from the surrounding area.

No insulation, the place was so noisy. You can clearly hear the conversation in the next room. And lot of noise from the street almost all night.

Excellent stay in Kaiserslautern

I liked the central location and the eating opportunities around and also how easy it was to reach the hotel from the main train station. The bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing. The internet was also very good.

Kein Luxus aber wirklich wirklich gut

Hier gibt es keinen (Pseudo-) Luxus sondern eine ausgesprochen angenehme und sehr gut geführte Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist im Detail hervorragend gestaltet und stellt so manches Sterne Hotel in den Schatten. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend.

Es ist nicht leicht Kritikpunkte zu finden. Die Dusche braucht ihre Zeit bis warmes Wasser kommt, aber dann ist es auch wirklich heiß.

Urlaub in Kaiserslautern

Es handelt sich um ein kleines vom Eigentümer-geführtes Hotel in der Innenstadt, beginnend in der 1. Etage. d.h. ohne Rezeption am Eingang. Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindungen alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich übernachtete dort für 9 Nächte, hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung. Meines Erachtens war das Zimmer selbst für 1 Person reichlich klein. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Ecktisch mit Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee sowie einen einzelnen Sessel zum Sitzen. Ein großer Fernseher war an der Wand installiert. Hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die während der Hitzewelle einwandfrei und leise gearbeitet hat. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht.

Geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer. Bequemes Bett, gute Kissen. Gekühlte Minibar, Klimaanlage. Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Intuitive digitale Unterstützung wie z.B. Gästemappe und Check in. Sehr guter Kontakt und "Fern"Service vor und während der Anreise.

Gutes, gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Exzellente Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, Klimaanlage auf geräumigem Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, saubere Räumlichkeiten.

Parkplatzinfo kam per SMS vorab, war für uns trotzdem nicht ganz leicht zu verstehen ohne die genauen Anweisungen zu lesen und v.a. ohne die Keycard zu haben. Nachts war es außerhalb des Hotels recht laut (Musik, Streitereien auf der Straße), was sicherlich der zentralen Lage geschuldet ist.

Perfekter Kurztrip!

Für mich war es ein 2 Tage Wochenendtrip. Ich bin sehr froh dass ich diese kleine, feine Unterkunft gefunden habe. Die Lage optimal, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und jetzt zum Abschluss ein leckeres Frühstück.

Es war alles gut.
