The hotel was very well decorated in a boutique style.It was spotlessly clean and all our needs were well catered for.Vincent,the owner,and his staff were so pleasant and helpful.I rarely write reviews but this hotel really deserves a 5 star rating!

Good secure parking although not on site.

It was hot and there was no air conditioning. There was a very pleasant place to sit and have a drink outside but appalling traffic fumes meant we couldn't stay there.

Positive Experience and Great Location

The room I stayed in could have slept four. It was more of an apartment with a separate twin room upstairs and shower room with a good shower and nice fluffy towels. Didn't make use of the kitchenette. It was a short walk into the centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants. It wasn't difficult to find parking nearby. Staff were attentive, helpful and spoke English if required.

The stairs to the shower room and toilet were super steep with not much headroom. It would be very, very difficult if you have mobility or balance issues, or if you're particularly tall.

The provision of a fan made the room bearable, but the general ventilation was only just acceptable. The breakfast was good.

Finding the keyslot to activate the lights was troublesome. Plastic glasses in the bathroom were missing.

the location is excellent!

the doors in the hallway outside the room are so loud i repeatedly woke up when other guests were coming or going. there was nobody at reception for checkin or checkout, so i cannot say anything about friendliness of staff. i suppose their absence worked for me. and i understand that the bathroom is probably built for the comfort of those who have trouble standing up and sitting down, but the toilet was so high up my feet didn't touch the ground, which was comically uncomfortable.

The breakfast was copious for one person and delicious. Excellent coffee. The room 111 on the Frincambault Street was a little noisy, especially with the young people on their motorcycles!!

Not much but the two staff members we saw were very helpful.

Unmanned reception desk. The number left to phone was not answered. No access to car park without a code but with no receptionist how were we to get the code! Breakfast appalling. No staff. There was a kettle to boil water for tea and a drink said to be coffee was produced by putting a pod into a machine but not one person in the breakfast room knew how to operate it!!! Stayed in this hotel several times in the past and was very good. What’s happened?

La solution flexible et agreable pour vos sejours a Vendome

Check-in flexible meme en dehors des heures d'ouverture Proprete generale de l'etablissement et des chambres Super petit dejeuner avec du sale et du sucre. Le pain et les croissants etaient fabuleux.

Les chambres sont un peu biscornues, mais restent de bonne taille, propre et en bon etat.

Déçue surtout que les avis étaient plutôt positifs!

Chambre correcte, literie bien. La déco de l'accueil et du bar superbe, même il était fermé, nous avons quand même pu l'admirer. Petit déjeuner bien.

Prévoir de prendre les bagages avant de se rendre au parking celui-ci est éloigné, 3 bornes de recharge en panne; chambre sans chauffage, impossible d'allumer le radiateur. SDB rideau de douche mériterait d'être remplacé car pas net du tout! Soufflerie du radiateur de la SDB s'est mis en route très très tôt avec bcp de bruit!! Odeur de cigarette dans le petit hall qui dessert les 3 chambres.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre ville de Vendôme, le stationnement, l'accueil y compris pour les animaux, le bar, l'ambiance, la qualité de l'entretien du linge ( entièrement internalisé et cela se salue)... bref, merci pour ce superbe séjour

Der Einrichtungsstil des Hauses ist Geschmacksache, das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, die Dusche begehbar! War absolut okay! Einen tollen Restaurant-Tip haben wir gekriegt!

Die Dusche an sich, ordentlich verkalkt, die Handbrause hatte definitiv die bessere Funktion und den besseren Wasserdruck!

Très bonne surprise !

Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, super déco très personnelle, accueil très sympathique, chambre très agréable, belle terrasse et une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! De plus notre cocker gentiment accepté. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à Vendôme.
