Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated comfortable hotel. Warm welcome from the owner and secure space provided to park my motorcycle. Very close to a popular Italian restaurant with an extensive menu.

A very clean and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful garden and a warm welcome.

This is the second time we have stayed in this delightful hotel, and we had a very kind welcome from Marie. The central garden is beautiful - tranquil and quiet. It was so good to be able to park our motorbike securely. The room was spacious and very well appointed although the bathroom is a little small. Breakfast was perhaps the best we'd had anywhere on this trip with a cool, spacious dining room. It's about a 20 minute walk into beautiful Vendome.

Nice friendly clean hotel

The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly and the room was nice, our room had 2 double beds in it, it was very clean and I would stay here again, we parked outside the hotel on the road with no problems, we stayed on a Sunday and walked to the corner of the road to a lovely Italian restaurant food was nice

Although the room we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning (but a fan was supplied and worked just as well keeping room cool at night)

Nice and friendly for stop-over

Nice room overlooking garden. Big beds, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. Old house but updated. Safe parking.Nice host.

Stairs. Bathroom needs an update, no space and no hangers. First ever breakfast i France with no croissant. Long walk to older parts, restaurants and shops.

We will never reccommend this hotel and it should not even have a single star and not three.

We liked the lawn mower.

When we booked the hotel we booked for two people but only one showed on the booking confirmation. This meant that the price for for the rental showed10 euros less than the price charged on exit as the extra was charged on exit. Dubious practice as the correct price for the rental was not shown on the booking. The WIFI did not work properly and failed after two minutes. There were loose electrical fitting on the walls. The carpet was filthy. No smoke alarms were fitted. Is this illegal? They told us that we should have paid for parking although parking was available free. there were stains on the wall.

Fine for a one night stop

We chose this place because of the location within walking distance of the town centre and the secure parking. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant and helpful

The reception is closed from 12 to 5 so you can’t use the secure car park if you arrive outside that window. There is free parking at the station car park opposite the hotel, however. The wifi is fine in the reception area but not good in our room across the garden.

Quiet hotel in the pretty town of Vendome

Adequate but comfy hotel with friendly staff.

We stayed one night here on our way south. Our double room had 2 double beds which was unexpected but we only used one. The bathroom has a touch screen mirror light. The shower door opens at an odd angle so if you are large or pregnant you might have trouble squeezing around it. Similarly, the separate toilet is very small if you are large. Our room was upstairs overlooking the garden so very quiet. The staff are friendly but not on site all the time - only from 4 in the afternoon then I think from around 7am until check out. This didn't cause us a major problem but was unusual for a hotel I think. ~The restaurant was not open so we went to a nearby Italian. Not very good - don't have the risotto! It was like rice pudding with chicken in.

Not having 24 hour desk. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be welcome. The tight squeeze in the toilet and shower.

Comfortable and clean place in Vendome

Staff was super friendly and helpful - nice to see after a long day at work! I loved the room's entrance through an outdoor walkway and the windows looked out over a small garden. Location seemed good (although I didn't explore too much), as there's an Italian restaurant on the corner and it was ~15 minute walk to the center. Bed was comfy, room was clean, very happy with my stay!
