NEVER AGAIN

Facilities were good, especially the shower

Non existent management. We arrived to find reception billed to open from 2.30 completely closed. When with the help of one of the residents we finally found a side door open we stumbled upon an envelope on a a ledge by the staircase with our name and a key card. Another visitor telephoned the manager who eventually appeared with two large hounds. I require a walking stick owing to serious mobility issues. The hounds almost caused me to fall. There are serious management issues with this hotel. Caveat emptor

The location was OK but more suited to business travellers than tourists

No reception at the weekend. No clear instructions as to how to access hotel etc. Left feeling a little vulnerable as a lone female traveller. No indication that the restaurant was closed on Saturday night after I had sent a message to book a table!

Very nice hotel in the center of Vendome

We have been upgraded to the Hotel Vendome due to Covid constrains. It was really nice with very good service, in the center of old town with very quiet rooms. Great breakfast value too.

A tiny thing: the shower did not have a door which leads to a lot of water spilled to the floor.

Dat ik netjes geboekt had, en kom er aan na lange reis: gesloten, hek dicht en alles donker !! Pakken geen telefoon op, of intercom.. Vreemde zaak.. was in Sept2025 goed bevallen, daarom weer geboekt.

Le petit déjeuner !!! C'était un capharnaüm sans nom ! Plus de plateau disponible, plus de place disponible les tables étaient pleines de plateaux vides !!! plus de beurre, machine à café sans entretien.... et une seule personne qui courait partout. Bref, pour 15€ je m'attendais à avoir du choix et pas les restes !!!!!!

Chauffage. Il s'arrête à 22h00 et n'est pas fonctionnel le matin. C'est délicat pour la fin novembre. Par contre restaurant "associé" très bien : cuisine maison, plat de qualité pour un prix très correct.

Emplacement parfait, tranquille. Personnel tres aimable et un petit dejeuner au top. Le gâteau au citron excellent 👍

Chambre 001,bruit d eau enervant dans une canalisation.... Pompe a chaleur ou pour les douches des autres chambres ??. Absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain, heureusement mis un convecteur en remplacement déjà dans la chambre. Penser à faire l'ourlet du rideau dans la pièce, svp🤔.

Hôtel qui nécessite de gros travaux afin que le rapport qualité prix soit correct.

L écoute du personnel et notamment de la responsable, qui, semble-t-il est saturée de réclamations (larmes de cette jeune femme). Que font les propriétaires pour remédier à l'ensemble des problèmes ???. Le remboursement intégral a été fait, comme quoi, il y a vraiment des soucis dans cet établissement....

Second passage en 8 mois dans cet hôtel. Hélas rien n'a changé : Climatisation défectueuse qui se met en marche sans arrêt la nuit entraînant une luminosité très importante dans la chambre .. .et une température de 16 degrés diffusée...en septembre. . Détecteur de mouvement dans la chambre, impossible de se rendre dans l'espace toilette sans être "flashé " en pleine nuit, idem pour le conjoint couché.. Pas de porte aux toilettes..vous avez accès en direct dans l'entrée de la chambre. Celle ci est d'ailleurs minuscule !! . Enfin, pas d'eau chaude ....disons tièdes... En résumé même constat qu'en décembre 2024....!! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement. Impossible d'y dormir tranquillement, d'autant que la nuitée était à 84.10 euros. De plus, il est lassant d'entendre toujours la même réponse : c'est de la faute des anciens propriétaires..... Cet établissement n'a absolument pas les prestations d'un hôtel 3 étoiles.

La literie est très confortable avec matelas a mémoire de forme. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et Le personnel gentil, gracieux et professionnel.
