A beautiful place in a lovely location. From the moment we stepped inside the old front door we knew we had found a gem. We couldn’t believe the place is almost 500 years old - it was so stylish, homely and spotlessly clean with hardly a low doorway in sight!! Jane and Jakes were superb hosts and were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was simply delicious and one of the best we’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to seeing you both and staying with you again in the near future. Paul and Mandy x
If we had to pick something it would have to be the hard soap in the bathroom as we struggled to remove the strong scent after using it. A nice hand wash or foam would be much better.

Wonderful hosts, lovely quiet place to spend a weekend. Very near a few pubs as well. Room was spacious, breakfast was great!
The only thing I'd say: a fan would be a great addition to the room! Otherwise, everything was perfect

It was a very beautiful property with lots of character and charm. The grounds and communal areas were also beautiful The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very nice, lots of choice and good quality ingredients used Staff were warm and welcoming
