The bike path into town
Only saw host on arrival and departure otherwise no sign of them. They were helpful and nice, but it would gave been great to check in with them at times.
Uncomfortable cheap mattresses and very cheap sweaty duvets. Weird as the rest of the fittings and furnishings were fine. Beds seem a funny thing to scrimp on. You really want to sleep comfortably on holiday
The decor wasn’t great. Lots of huge blank walls and what pictures there were were horrible corporate pictures which meant this rather lovely farm building conversion was left feeling like the interior of a mid-scale hotel chain
