Lovely well equipped Gite. Located in a lovely little town. Shops and amenities were very good.

Very spacious, quiet and well maintained inside, well equipped kitchen with extras like drums, Bluetooth speaker, radio, chess etc. Very good location with shops, banks, church and open market etc.

We were 2 adults with two daughters aged 15 & 16. The rent was already paid when I came to the property after driving from Paris (4 hours driving). I parked my car in front of the property entrance door (which was closed), blocking one way for other cars in a two-way road. Hence, I rushed alone to the reception, leaving my family inside the car in hot weather and asked Mr Christophe Gantier (The Host) if I could enter my car into the parking so as to free the road and let my family loosen up before doing the paper work, including paying a caution of 400 euros. But The Host refused and just announced without any remorse, that I would have to pay and do the paper work first, then enter my car into the property. What a welcome that was ! The property was a 3 bedroom house according to the description when I booked, but he gave me only 2 bedrooms. After claiming a 3rd room, he finally gave it to me after a while. There is a door between the reception and apartment which cannot be locked from inside the apartment, but only be locked from the reception’s side, meaning anyone can enter into the apartment from the reception. The whole property consisted of 4 apartments; the garden & parking was 15-20 meters away from our door, no real "Garden view" from inside, and the pool was not private. There is no real "Sports room", just 2 fitness machines shoved into the corner of a bedroom. All this was not mentioned in the description. In addition, the host asked us to use the pool “with Respect”. I saw the host 4/5 times during our stay, but never once saw him smile. I called him for a small kitchen issue and left a message, but he never bothered to call me back.
