It was a disappointing end to what had been a very enjoyable holiday

The location was good for what we wanted to do in our short stay

The room was tiny. There were no chairs. Not a comfortable place to stay for more than a night or two

Good apart from reception sadly

More I paid by card on booking. When I arrived the reception said card was denied so I had to pay by cash, However I went to my bank as it showed as paid on booking.com and they confirmed it was paid! I went back to reception with the proof & first she said I would be refunded on Monday. I said I want my cash back. She phoned someone who eventually approved payment back in cash. However I ended up with her not able to work out payment and eventually received it but I ended up paying the taxe locale twice ! I know it’s only 1.48 € I have lost but it is the principal . I gave up with the reception in the end !!!!!

Only a one night stay on the way back to Cherbourg but I would definitely use this hotel again...

Very kind check in staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The gated and fenced car park is a bonus when travelling by motorbike. The nearby Buffalo Grill restaurant was excellent for dinner and only a two minute walk away.

Being a Blue Budget Ibis the bedroom space is sometimes a bit cramped but the bed, bathroom and facilities are great .

An uncomfortable stay in a modern hotel

Easy enough to find, sufficient parking, building looks modern, food options nearby.

The third bed in a bunk on top of the two beds below was a massive nuisance and there wasn't sufficient clearance and so I bumped my head on it a few times. Despite turning on the AC, the room was quite warm and the bedding far too thick for summertime. There was next to zero storage in the room, I can't imagine if we had a third person along how it would have worked. There were plugs next to only one bed, which was inconvenient. I also realised upon arriving at this hotel that I had overpaid using this service and the posted rate was quite a bit less. Felt like an idiot paying more than the posted rate on the outside of the building.

The drinks machine wasn’t working but no effort to allow people to get drinks ! No coffee until breakfast. Rooms all have a bunk which can be a little claustrophobic

Bedroom cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding every other day. All rooms have air conditioning. Staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂

My only downside. The coffee machine was not working, but you could ask the staff for one.

good position, easy to get the highway.

breakfast was expensive compared on the food they offered. at the arrival the guy in the reception was not speak English and not able to explain us time for breakfast, only writing it down. for a chain like Ibis is quite disappointing. Luckily, the girl who served breakfast spoke English and she was able to help me finding back my sunglasses.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and standards of this lovely friendly hotel

Pleasantly surprised by the standard for a budget hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1am and were greeted by a nice young employee (blond haired guy), who was very helpful in spite of the late hour. Check in straight forward no hassle.Breakfast was lovely. Great choice and tasty. Nice bright surroundings. Parking area felt safe. Would certainly recommend

We were disappointed having stayed at the Ibis Style the previous night as there was very little difference in price but

It was easy to find, convenient for where we were visiting and we received a warm welcome.

Not too keen on having access to the room from the shower cubicle nor having the washbasin in the bedroom. would have preferred a separate bathroom. When we checked in we were told that the single person room included breakfast but that our double room didn’t!! We had to pay a supplement in order to all have breakfast!!
