Complicated until you get all the details to get into the apartment. Not ideal if booked spontaneously. Worked out in the end though. Warm water storage is limited for multiple people having a long shower. One has to keep that in mind.

The location was great - right next to the train station., and a short walk (downhill) to the centre of Porto and the waterfront. Good restaurants nearby. The air con was a bonus and the rooms, although small, were well appointed.
There is no lift and we were on the top floor (5 flights). Difficult with our luggage, age, physical abilities, and especially after walking down to the Porto and the waterfront. If you travel light and do step exercises, you should be fine.

Location.
Bed very uncomfortable. We were a couple and there was twin beds in the room. No tea towels supplied. 4 flights of stairs with suitcases was a bit much. Water drainage issue in shower and leaking pipe under bathroom sink.
