Location, space, comfort.
Too noisy neighborhood, especially with soccer world cup events on the nearby square.

Very nice. Great space. Greta amenities. Great location. Sound proofing is amazing. Shower is really good. Lots of hot water. Kitchen space wonderful
No coffee table and needs another living room chair for 4 people to sit comfortably in living area. Floor were dirty. Beds in room with two “twins” actually a trundle bed were not comfortable.

The location was great. Most of the sights to see are within walking distance. Very easy to check in.
Appartment was dirty upon arrival (It wasn't swept or mopped) the 2 single mattresses were not comfortable especially the cambed. Dirty/burned couch and chair in the living room. The kitchen table chairs (6) were all broken. The walls definetely need to be repaired/painted.
