Loureiro Villas

I was traveling with a friend who needed to do a few work calls in the morning, so the lay out with two floors worked perfect allowing for space and some sort of privacy while being compact. We also enjoyed the little table and chairs outside for morning coffee. The bed was in general comfortable. The location is good if you want to explore the city by foot - all the major sites were 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment felt very used - scratched or stained furniture, the coffee machine was broken. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. There was not enough shower gel / shampoo and no conditioner. There is no elevator and we needed to bring the luggage one floor up and through the garden ourselves. That was very inconvenient and that should have been disclosed.

The communication was excellent when we were seeking the wrong floor of the building and gave us excellent advice about which were the best places to see.

Great location 5 minutes from the Cathedral! The beds were comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning. We made great use of the two full bathrooms and kitchen.

All we needed was more places to hang our clothes

Fantastic location, staff were friendly and approachable . Air con worked well. They provided us with complemetary late check out of 1 hour when we asked. We got a late check in and staff helped us when we couldn't use the codes. We accidentally broke a glass and were not charged for it.

Sofa in the living room was not a sofa bed. . The living space had very little natural light. Despite using different codes neither of us could avail of the free wifi as could not connect to the Internet. There was a musty smell down stairs. The apartment could have done with spare bags to change the bin and additional cleaning tools.
