Overall lovely apartment with great facilities. Great for a short stay.
Location was great also central to many highlights & restaurants around the area- all walking distance.
It was a lifesaver to have an elevator in the property.
Staff very supportive and responsive.
We were on the 1st floor and the floors are not insulated we could hear our neighbors upstairs walking at night which was very uncomfortable.
The area was not the best in terms of safety there were several beggars so might want to consider not coming back too late.

Location was very central to all sights.Train station nearby if you want to travel further afield.Being self catering I did not expect washing up equipment ,toiletries and towels these were a welcome bonus.Bottle of water in fridge on arrival was also much appreciated.
Some noise from floor above.very creaky floorboards.
Loose plug socket in kitchen which we reported, they asked straight away for picture so this could be rectified.
Weather not too good whilst there so had trouble drying towels.
